BFR stands for Brake, Freewheel, Reverse. This system allows the rider to use the pedals to control whether they go forward or backward. BFR-3 is the same as BFR but with three gears instead of two. This makes pedalling easier, especially on hills.
XXL-BFR is the same as BFR but with an extra long and sturdy frame. The seat is also adjustable in eight positions instead of six, making it suitable for taller riders.
